Our partnership with OneStreet Residential has reached another major milestone as we celebrate the official grand opening of HearthSide Riverdale, their newest active adult rental community in South Metro Atlanta. Thoughtfully designed to bring people together, we`re proud to see the community open its doors and help expand much-needed housing options for seniors in Clayton County, reflecting our shared commitment to creating places that people call home.

Baha Bay has been nominated for the World Travel Award`s Caribbean`s Leading Water Park an unprecedented fifth year in a row. "This kind of recognition reinforces our belief that when design is rooted in place... it doesn`t just open strong, it endures," said John Torti, Partner, in a recent article about the nomination. Associate Caroline Isenberg recently completed the Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP), which is renowned for unlocking the next generation of industry leaders. This year-long program selects 16 professionals through a rigorous application process, evaluating candidates based on their career achievements, community involvement, and support from their respective firms.

She’s a natural storyteller who loves mixing images, layouts, and type to create fresh, eye‑catching work. Her passion for bold, imaginative design started in school, where her work pushed boundaries and let her explore big ideas. Now she’s bringing that same energy and curiosity to DTJ, inspired by our work of themed attractions and wildly creative projects. She describes DTJ as supportive, rewarding, and motivating, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on the team.
Outside of work, Meriel is all about baking, crafting ✂️, staying active after her years as a college athlete 🏅, and hanging out with her dog Draco, also known as “Drake Bean” and “Fluffy Bean,” . 🐾

Last night, Senior Associate Michelle Regan represented DTJ at Show & Tell: Best of Play, a @DowntownDenver event spotlighting projects that champion play in public spaces. This fast-paced Pecha Kucha-style program brought together seven presenters sharing bold ideas through rapid-fire storytelling, all centered on how play shapes great cities.
Michelle presented the Erie Parks, Recreation, Open Space, and Trails Strategic Plan Update, offering a concise yet meaningful look at the planning process, the extensive public engagement that shaped it, and the creation of a plan that is visionary and actionable for the community. Her work embodies how thoughtful design and inclusive public engagement can support the @ErieColorado growing parks, recreation, open space, and trail system.
